The flow of colors across the petals, the delicacy, the magnificent beauty…they ruminated in my head and demanded to be made when I discovered this way of working with thread. Its morphing into a three dimensional object from strokes of thread beneath my fingers were as thrilling as that very first moment. And, as the techniques used here have become such a basal part of the work I do, our relationship has become classically symbiotic.
